www.freequran.ca is a project of Discover Islam Canada. Discover Islam Canada was founded in October 2005 to promote a positive dialogue between Muslims and rest of the community based on shared knowledge.
We believe misrepresentations of Islam are most often the result of a lack of knowledge in the community and reluctance on the part of Muslims to articulate their cause and their beliefs. It is our sincere desire to bridge that gap and promote a positive understanding of the Muslim way of life amongst the community at large.
We believe that the Quran is a timeless universal message for all of humanity. A message that has the answers to those fundamental questions that arise in very heart:
- Why am I here?
- Where am I heading?
- How may I achieve happiness?
- How can I find inner peace?
The answers are given in Quran plain and simple, what’s required is a quest for knowledge and an open mind.
Our intention is to make this divine message available to the people around us and let them contemplate. |
